The third-graders at Harrison Park Elementary Schoolused Play-Doh to help with the creative writing process for personal narratives. Their teacher, Mrs. Simpson, asked the students to reminisce about one of their favorite memories, and then create a scene from that memory in dough. That scene became a focal point in the students’ personal narratives, which were presented to the class.
