At Harrison Park Elementary School, Miss Castaldo’s third-grade students completed a ‘partner picture’ activity during math class.
The students used their regrouping skills to solve three-digit subtraction problems independently, then colored the resulting squares in the picture. Once completed, the students joined their partners to combine their pictures and reveal an emoji.
