As an introduction to a "Magnetism and Design Solutions" science unit, the third-graders in Mrs. Leydig’s class at Harrison Park Elementary School explored magnets. Students tested different materials and objects to see which ones would be magnetic. They also explored how magnets attract and repel each other.
