The Rotary Club of Delmont-Salem delivered winter coats to Penn-Trafford elementary schools as part of its annual “Coats for Kids” program, which is aimed at keeping local elementary students warm. The coats were distributed to students enrolled in the district’s “Backpacks-to-Go” program.
