Welcome to Mrs. Simpson's Class
My name is Jodi Simpson and I will be teaching 3rd grade ELA and Social Studies this school year. I started working here at H.P. in 2014. I grew up as a PT Warrior and I love teaching in our district.
I love spending time with my family and friends. My husband and I have a son named, Brody, and a chocolate lab named, Bailey. We enjoy spending time outdoors.
ELA consists of reading, writing, grammar, and spelling. We also use Accelerated Reader for AR goals each 9-week grading period. Please see the following links below:
This year we will continue using Google Classroom in class and during virtual snow days. You will find the 3rd grade Google Classroom link here. Third grade will be using this platform to post all of our 3rd grade materials students may need during the day or during a virtual snow day.
